Epson recently launched an innovative dye-Sublimation Printer, the SureColor SC-F11000, which takes textile production to a new level of speed and efficiency. With a print width of 1.93 meters, the printer is suitable for high-speed, large-scale textile production. Its design is inspired by the Epson SureColor series, meeting customers' needs for fast turnaround time, consistent performance, high-quality output and reliability.

The SC-F11000 brings a series of attractive features and innovations, the most notable of which is its optional Jumbo Roll function, which can accommodate up to 300 kg of media, making continuous production possible. This feature greatly reduces the frequency of media changes, thereby reducing downtime, and is ideal for scenarios that require uninterrupted large-scale production.

Compared with the previous SureColor F10000 series, the SC-F11000H adds three new ink combinations on the basis of the CMYK ink configuration, including orange and purple, fluorescent yellow and fluorescent pink, and light cyan and light magenta. This makes the printer more flexible in dealing with various color needs.

The SC-F11000 offers a print speed of up to 255 square meters per hour and is equipped with four PrecisionCore Micro TFP printheads designed to ensure the highest throughput. In addition, it also features Epson Precision Dot technology, which combines three technologies dedicated to dyeing: Halftone, LUT and Micro Weave, to achieve higher print quality and accuracy.

 

In addition to its outstanding performance and features, the SC-F11000 also has a series of convenient operating features, such as easy media setup, automatic adjustment technology and advanced automatic tension control to ensure stable media delivery. In addition, it is equipped with a dryer to reduce ink transfer on the media and eliminate wrinkles, and has a 9-inch LCD touch panel for more convenient operation.

 

To ensure quality and reliability, Epson manufactures all components of the SC-F11000 and SC-F11000H, including print heads, inks and Epson EdgePrint Pro software, to ensure customers receive consistent, high-quality output.
