How to save ink costs with white ink printing?
When we use a white ink printer, if we only print every few minutes, we will not save ink. If you need to print a lot of things, it is recommended to print them together if the delivery time is sufficient. Because every time the machine is started, there will be an initialization action to clean the print head. This action will add ink to the ink delivery system. If this process is repeated frequently, more ink will be wasted, so it is recommended not to start the machine frequently.
Most white ink printing equipment on the market recommends cleaning the print head manually after printing for a long time. For manual cleaning, it is recommended that you follow the steps in the operation manual or be guided by an after-sales engineer. After cleaning, check whether there is any sediment residue near the nozzle. If there is any, you can use soft rubber products to remove it. During the cleaning process, remember not to use sharp objects to clean the nozzle, do not hit the nozzle, do not touch the nozzle with your hands, and do not disassemble or install the nozzle in a charged state or touch the electrical contacts on the nozzle with your hands or other objects.
When using a white ink printer, if the inkjet head is often clogged, refer to item 2 of this article or consult an after-sales engineer for correct cleaning or repair. A large amount of ink will be consumed every time you clean the print head. Therefore, to protect the nozzle and the use environment, you should minimize the number of times you clean the print head to save ink. Of course, when using the machine, be careful to use the type of ink specified by the machine manufacturer as much as possible to avoid damage to the nozzle.
