Tips before use: Make a sample for plate making and printing before use. If the deviation is not large, then confirm the sample for plate making and printing. Because Sublimation Ink is gas-phase colored, it cannot be printed with normal printing ratio.
How to use thermal transfer ink and precautions:
1. Under normal circumstances, it can be used directly on the machine;
2. Due to factors such as temperature, Sublimation Paper, printing speed, etc., it can be adjusted according to the following rules;

(1) To accelerate drying, mixed desiccant can be added, the dosage is 0-2%;

(2) Equipped with special diluent;

(3) To adjust fluidity, #6 printing ink-adjusting oil can be used, the dosage is 0-5%;

(4) Reduce the viscosity of the Heat Transfer Paper and basically keep the fluidity unchanged. A detackifier can be used at a dosage of 0-5%;

(5) To reduce viscosity and stickiness at the same time, 52-94 can be added, and the dosage is 0-5%.
