The production process of fabrics printed by heat transfer printing process: (1) Install a continuous ink supply system dedicated to thermal transfer printing and check whether the nozzles are normal; (2) Turn on the machine, set the parameters of the control panel, and preheat the ironing machine and adjust it at the same time Pressure knob to make the platen pressure reach the best state; (3) Use the printer to output the image, the image must be a mirror image, and let it dry for a few minutes after output; (4) Place the fabric to be transferred flatly into the machine, and print it Place the image face down flatly on the fabric; (5) Press the joystick of the flatbed ironing machine to the bottom once, wait for a certain time to pull up the joystick, quickly remove the
Heat Transfer Paper, and take out the printed product cloth.
Precautions for printing fabrics with thermal transfer process: (1) Check whether the nozzle is normal before printer output; (2) Mirror output of the image; (3) The most critical thing is to quickly remove the thermal transfer in 7-(5) paper, if the
Sublimation Transfer Paper is not taken out immediately or the transfer paper slips, some of the color material that has not become solid will not be distributed in time due to the assembly of the upper paper, and will remain under the transfer paper, and will be colored in the fabric again, causing an image. Double vision, fainting.
Precautions for the printer and ink supply system: (1) Whether during use or transportation, the Sublimation Ink supply must be kept level with the printer. When taking out the printer, the ink supply must not be higher than the printer. (2) Open the ink supply cover (the small cover above the ink supply) when printing! If not in use, the small leather cover needs to be covered. (3) When printing for the first time, the printer needs to be cleaned first and a test line needs to be printed before printing. The printer needs to be turned on once a day and a test line printed every day. (4) Ink must be added when the ink reaches the alarm line. (5) During the printing process, if the ink supply tube is scraped against the machine, the machine must be shut down immediately and unplugged.
