Lighter color:
During the heat transfer process, color will be lost. First, when adjusting the image in Photoshop, increase the brightness, contrast, and darken the color, so as to ensure that the transferred image is what you want. In addition, do not print the newly printed pictures immediately. Let them dry for 3-8 minutes (depending on the climate at the time) to allow the ink to penetrate into the paper, which may take more than 5 minutes. The light color may be because you have used it for a long time. You can try reducing the time and increasing the temperature. In addition, thermal transfer paper can only be used once, do not reuse it.
The pattern is not transferred:
It may be that your pressure is not enough, the temperature is low, or the time is too short. First, adjust the pressure to a higher level, and increase the time and temperature appropriately. Also check to see if your printing side is reversed.
Color fading occurs:
It is possible that your ink is not original and the paper has not absorbed it. In addition, do not wash the printed clothes immediately. Wash them after 24 hours and turn the clothes inside out. Increasing the pressure, time and temperature values at the same time will prevent discoloration.
Faded by washing:
Washing fading has a lot to do with transfer paper and ink. Since dye ink is easily dissolved in water, it is not as good as pigment ink that does not dissolve in water. In addition, garment factories do not use dye inks for production.
At present, as a personalized inkjet printing
Heat Transfer Paper, the principle of transfer paper is to use its adhesive film to melt the ink inside at high temperature, and then melt it on the fabric. Achieve "transfer" results. Therefore, the adhesive layer of poor transfer paper will slowly fall off after washing, causing fading. This thermal transfer printing method is the most common in China, with almost 95% of them using this method. This method has special requirements for the fabric, which must be high cotton or pure cotton. Many problems arise because customers are unclear about the content, resulting in effect errors.
Sun fade:
This is caused by the ultraviolet rays in the sun that cause it to fade. It has nothing to do with the transfer paper, only the ink. Poor-quality ink does not have any anti-UV agent added and will fade quickly. High-quality ink will last longer, but it will not be exposed to the sun for a long time. Exposure to the sun will speed up fading.
