Transfer printing refers to the printing process of transferring dyes to fabrics through transfer paper. According to the sublimation characteristics of some disperse dyes, the disperse dyes sublimated at 150 ~ 230 ° C are selected and mixed with the slurry to make "color ink", and then the "color ink" is printed on the Sublimation Paper (this is a special paper, so it is called heat transfer paper or sublimation paper).

According to different design pattern requirements, and then the transfer paper printed with pattern is in close contact with the fabric at a certain temperature. Under the condition of pressure and time, it enters the fabric through diffusion, so as to achieve the purpose of coloring. The operation is simple and the pattern is formed in one go without color registration.
